We try our best to provide live updates of our product availability, however, a placed order may be cancelled by our team if the items are out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances.

For a payment that has already been processed, it can take up to 5-10 days for the refund to be processed depending on the bank.

You can place an order for pick-up as early as 2 hours, or as long as 7 days in advance.

Please find any staff and mention you're here to pick-up an online cake order. You will need to provide your order number on the purchase email to confirm the order.

Unfortunately, all cake orders for future pick-up are only available through our website - we do not facilitate scheduled future cake orders on-site at the store.
